Mark doesn't (even though he's trying now) Brian Doesn't, Ken doesn't (Even though he is going to try soon), Chris Stanley doesn't (even though he's TRIED it), Chris Grantner doesn't,Becker Doesn't, Robbie doesn't(Though he has tried NOW)

The only builders who brazed at the time this glove was made was Ross, and sometimes Anders Mike R(And Pierre, but he kind of does his own thing with gloves)

I'm trying to figure out what "brazing" actually means, in reference to a Freddy glove......

It's a type of weld accurate to certain gloves :P
p1/2, at least 1 p3, and the p4's (and parts of the remake)

so if they're accurate to certain NMOES Gloves, why don't the previously mentioned glove builders use that type of weld procedure ??

Because some folks are set in their ways, and brazing can be tricky until you've got it mastered. If they don't want to spend the time to get it right, they just brush it aside with "Harumph! Nothing wrong with solder! Grumble, grumble."

ok, so it has a lot to do with "you better freaking know how to braze properly to begin with"...

Just like any other aspect of glove building, it's an acquired skill mastered through trial and error.

Well you've certainly got it down. Your brazing is the cherry on top.
