"As Seen Today" AST Brass Backplate Freddy Glove Attempt

Hey guys, last time i posted my own handmade part 2 template glove. But then i decided to change it into AST look or screen used glove as it looks today. I use a thicker brass just in case it will get soften if i heat it too much. Everytime i look at the backplate, i'm thinking people like Mark Petrie, Jameson, Brian and whoever trying to pull this shit off, my respect on you guys. The backplate is a pain to be weathered, took me 2 weeks. This is my attempt of the brass backplate, i know it's not even close to real thing, the color might be too dark because i took this picture at night in my room. It has been aged on it's own anyway. Now i'm waiting for the blades from Mark, still don't have the leather glove tho. But let me know what you guys think.

Thanks for the picture, well...i can't change mine anymore. I don't want to repeat the 2 weeks weathering process again, it's fucking sucks and very time consuming. :P i don't have that outdoor shot when i'm making the replica. So yeah, mine still really sucks . I take another shot of mine off the roof, but it's a bit blurry

I think the color and weathering look great, but those two big vertical bends are too sharp. You need to soften them up a bit IMO.

Why? Just use a non marring hammer. I have a small fret hammer that I like to use, one side has a brass head and the other head is nylon. It's great for all kinds of shit.

This is the same one I have:
